3D modelling in Arlesey. Give an idea another dimension.
A three-dimensional view can make an idea easier to understand. We create models and interactive experiences that help people explore form, materials and options.

Make the purpose of the model clear
A product visual for a website, an interactive configurator and a model intended for physical printing have different requirements. We establish how the model will be used before deciding on the detail, materials and export format. Reference images, dimensions and a description of the intended result help shape the brief. A model can support an early concept, explain options to a customer or become part of a more ambitious digital experience.
Connect the model to a useful experience
We can place a three-dimensional preview inside a website or application so a visitor can rotate an object and explore a considered set of options. Lighting and materials should help someone judge the shape without obscuring the selected colours. Performance matters as well: a web preview needs to balance detail with loading and rendering on smaller devices. The Objects exploration demonstrates material and shape choices, while Loop shows a silicone wristband with configurable dimensions and printed text.
Separate visual approval from manufacturing approval
A convincing render is not a guarantee that an object is ready to manufacture. Wall thickness, scale, tolerances, supports and the chosen process need their own checks when a model is intended for physical production. We quote the required modelling, file preparation and review around the actual use, and identify where a specialist production check is needed. Your handover can include the agreed model files and renders in the private client space. The studio demonstrations are examples of interaction and export, not certifications of manufacturing suitability.
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Can you add an interactive 3D model to a website?
Yes. We can scope the model, interaction and performance requirements as part of a web project.
Can you prepare a model for 3D printing?
We can discuss the intended process and file requirements. Production suitability and any required specialist checks are agreed in the scope.
What information should I send?
Reference images, approximate dimensions, the intended use and any preferred file formats are useful starting points.
